Director of Sales and Marketing €90k Full Time NEW

We are currently recruiting for a Director of Sales & Marketing for our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, sales focus director of sales & marketing to lead the team in an excellent property. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Irish hotel market at a senior level. As the Director of Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, and manage relationships with clients and partners.

Main Responsibilities:

• Building and managing relationships with clients. 
• Building and managing relationships with key Operators.
• Creating sales strategy for meeting & events in the property. 
• Manage the Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Events teams, driving individual development, achieving individual KPI’s, team goals and revenue targets.
• Establishing a positive and cohesive team culture.
• Responsible for driving revenue across all segments, achieving revenue targets.
• Identifying new business, securing groups, contracting transient accounts, and developing established key accounts.
• Attend and manage the sales & marketing team’s attendance at tradeshows, industry events, hosting
