Location: Scenic location in Co.Clare

Salary: €35,000

We are a dynamic and customer focused hotel currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager committed to delivering exceptional customer experience. The role requires supervision and co-ordination of all daily hotel operations across all hotel departments. Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. The Duty Manager will be responsible for staff support, training and motivation. The ideal candidate will work closely with management and staff to ensure smooth running of hotel operations.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar role essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of hotel management systems an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail essential
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
