My Client is currently recruiting for a Duty Manager for a 4* Hotel. The role will require the effective management of Hotel business and assisting in coordinating all day to day Front of House activities in the Hotel.

This role would suit either an experienced Duty Manager or an Experienced Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role Requirements

• Must have good leadership skills.
• Develop and coach new and existing staff.
• Be customer and service focused.
• Assist Management in the daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel.
• Assist The Management in reaching company Targets.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year in similar role.
• A hands-on Duty Manager.

The Candidate Requirements

• A minimum one years in a similar role or currently be a F&B supervisor looking to step up.
• Have previous experience looking after and leading a team.
• Duty Manager must be very well presented.
• Must have the ability to multitask when required.
• Be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a motivated individual and capable to motivate the junior members of the team.
• Manage daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel.
