My Client is currently recruiting for an experienced Duty Manager to join a 5* Hotel in Wicklow. The role will require the effective management of the Hotel and assist with all the day to day running of the property. 

The Role Requirements

• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Train, develop and coach new and existing staff.
• Be customer and service focused.
• Assist Management in the daily operations and coordination of all areas of the hotel.
• Assist The Management in reaching company Targets.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year in similar role.
• A hands-on Duty Manager.

The Candidate Requirements

• Must have 5* experience.
• A minimum of one year in a similar role or be a F&B supervisor looking to step up.
• Have previous experience looking after and leading a team.
• Duty Manager must be very well presented.
• Must have the ability to multitask when required.
• Be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a motivated individual and capable to motivate the junior members of the team.
• Manage daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel.
