We are seeking a motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join a prestigious 4-star hotel in Wicklow. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional with strong operational expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As Duty Manager, you will support the smooth daily operations of busy hotels, overseeing departments including food & beverage, weddings, conferencing, and front office. Your leadership will ensure all guest and operational needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily hotel operations, coordinating across multiple departments to maintain seamless service

• Act as the main point of contact for guest queries and operational issues during your shift

• Manage event logistics including fire walks, AV setups, and cash handling procedures

• Supervise staff during peak service periods and delegate tasks effectively to ensure operational flow

• Monitor team performance and uphold high brand standards to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or high-volume property

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Hotsoft or similar hotel management systems

• Calm, proactive, and guest-focused approach to service delivery

• Flexibility to work across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and busy event periods
