We are seeking a motivated Event Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in a luxury 4-star property in Co. Meath. The Event Sales Administrator will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Events Department, ensuring seamless execution of weddings, conferences, and social events.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with event proposals, contracts, and client communications.
Manage event enquiries, maintain accurate records on CRM systems.
Liaise with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of events.
Prepare event function sheets and support in client follow-ups.
The ideal Event Sales Administrator will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
