Events Recruitment Manager

Broadline Recruiters are a team of experienced industry recruitment specialists who have come together to bring a boutique-style recruitment brand to the market. We are currently looking for Hospitality/Events Manager to join our team of professional recruiters due to increase in business.  This is a permanent role looking after a catering / hospitality temporary recruitment desk.   The successful candidate who will work on an established desk with excellent opportunity to grow in this role.


This may suit a hospitality professional looking to change there career and move into a more structure working environment, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required when business permits. The ideal candidate must have strong catering/ Events background or min two  years experience in the hospitality industry.  All training is provided, but a driven candidate with excellent industry knowledge would be an advantage.  The successful candidate will be working with client in high end properties placing relief experience waiting and bar tenders into the job.


The Candidate:


  • Min three years’ experience in the recruitment sector or a senior candidate in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong people skills are essential.
  • Organised and have a can do attitude is involved when dealing with candidates and clients.
  • Ambitious and looking to progress your career.
  • Ability to join and the potential to grow the team.
  • Understanding of current market trends in sector.
  • This may also suit a qualified Hospitality Manager who comes from a strong background who is looking to work, Monday to Friday, 9 To 5.30 and change their career.


The Role:

  • The role involves dealing with an established list of clients when looking after the bar
  • Monday to Friday role.
  • Dealing with candidates & clients on a daily basis.
  • Working with high end event clients.
  • Managing the recruitment process with a small team in place.
  • Liaising and growing the business within our existing clients.
  • Excellent earning potential and career progression.
  • Excellent induction to the latest software in recruitment
  • The role involves dealing with an established list.
  • Dealing with candidates & clients on a daily basis.
  • Internal training of staff.
  • Excellent earning potential and career progression.
