Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Kildare
Salary: €60-70k
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and leading the Maintenance Team.
- Ensure maintenance schedules are complete and delegating tasks to team members
- Ensuring the safety and security of Team Members & Guests with effective Health & Safety and Fire Standards.
- Responding to emergencies and troubleshooting.
- Daily upkeep of the buildings on the Resort.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
- Maintaining relationships with external contractors.
- Inspect buildings and structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Responsible for ensuring the Resort is kept to the highest of standards at all times.
Candidate:
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and troubleshooting
- Enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to quality and high standards
- Will possess excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Will have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
- Will be flexible in their working hours when required
