Food and Beverage Manager 

This beautiful Hotel is looking for their next F&B superstar. The ideal candidate must share in their love of food and beverages but most importantly be outgoing, have a big personality and share a joy for all things people.   

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To manage the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage area, in a busy environment.
• Strong interest in cocktails an advantage.
• Create a innovative and inclusive department working closely with the team to provide a seamless experience for guests.  A hands-on manager is a necessity.
• Responsible for the preparation of staff rostering and forecast.
• Deal with complaints/queries in an attentive and courteous manner.
• Manage, train and develop the The Restaurant and Bar Team in conjunction with hotels expectations.
• Be able to work on your own initiative.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Manager.
• Be passionate about food, wine and especially people. An outgoing personality is a must.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Be able to function in a fast-paced environment. 

Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate plus tips
