F&B Manager – 4* Hotel Limerick

As F&B Manager you will oversee the operations of food and beverage services within this luxury 4* hotel. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all aspects of food and beverage service are executed efficiently and to a high standard, to directly impact the overall guest experience and the financial performance of the establishment.

Free Accommodation is provided as part of this role.

The Role Requirements:

• Manage daily operations of all food and beverage
• Ensure that all service standards are maintained and that guest expectations are met or exceeded.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate ongoing training and development.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure that all F&B operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

The Candidates Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and handle complaints.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Ability to address issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high service standards.
• Previous experience in food and beverage management or a related role is required

Salary Guide: €45K Plus with Free Accommodation
