Food & Beverage Manager – 5* Hotel Cork

Our Client is currently recruiting for an experienced F&B Duty Manager to join a fine-dining restaurant in a 5* Hotel located in Cork. The role will require the effective and efficient management of F&B operations within the Hotel Restaurant. 

As Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for:

• The overall success and operation of Restaurant 
• Leading the teams to deliver the highest levels of customer service
• Inspiring the team to accomplish daily goals and targets and developing skills
• Continuing the development of the teams within their roles to ensure peak performance
• Developing the product and guests expectations to ensure that the Hotel Standards are positioned as a market leader
• Maximizing revenue and profitability across all areas in line with budget expectations

Successful candidates for this role will:

• Have Luxury 5 star experience within a similar role
• Have a Leadership presence and take a proactive hands on role in order to identify and support colleagues
• Be passionate about creating highly energised teams to provide world class service
• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with high expectation guests
• Be commercially astute and have solid financial awareness
• Has a strategic approach
• Experience managing multi-outlet
• Track recording of managing managers
• Decisive personality and evidence of implementing such actions and
