We are currently recruiting for a Fine-Dining Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team in a Luxury Wexford Hotel. This role will be an integral part of the delivery of excellent service. 

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional guest service experience.

• Be an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role.

• Have a real passion for food and wine, enabling you to up-sell and promote the items by your personal knowledge from the menu.

• Support the management of junior staff and their learning and development.

• Attend training sessions provided by management to develop your skills.

• Be organised and efficient in managing your section.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have previous 5* Experience 
• A passion for 5* guest service.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
• Proficient in the English language.

Salary Guide: €14 per hour
