General Manager

As General  Manager, your job will include managing all aspects of the Operation, Food and Beverage Management, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing and Guest Services. You’ll be in charge of employees, finances, customer service, promotions, and quality control.

  • Experience of managing a busy high volume food & beverage focused Hotel in Ireland or Internationally
  • General should have experience in 4/5* Hotel/Resort knowledge & Large Venue 
  • Be digitally connected and understand the target markets
  • General Manager should be able to report on financials and ensure KPI’s are achieved 
  • Experience of managing a busy venue operation
  • Excellent understanding of Food & beverage and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • General manager should have strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent financial management abilities
  • Ability to attract and maintain a high-quality staff
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry at Operations/Deputy GM or GM level
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in hospitality or business administration
  • Must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered
  • Salary Guide €120K
