General Manager

As General Manager, your job will include managing all aspects of the hotel. You’ll be in charge of employees, finances, customer service, promotions, and quality control.

  • Experience of managing a Hotel in Ireland ideally 
  • 4* Hotel knowledge
  • Strategic Planning 
  • Be digitally connected and understand the target markets
  • Able to report on financials and ensure KPI’s are achieved 
  • Experience of managing a busy food & beverage focused hotel 
  • Excellent understanding of Food & beverage and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent financial management abilities
  • Ability to attract and maintain a high-quality staff
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry in Ireland
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in hospitality or business administration
  • Must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered
