As General Manager, your job will include managing all aspects of 2 hotel properties. You’ll be in charge of employees, finances, customer service, promotions, and quality control.
- Experience of managing a Hotel in Ireland ideally
- 3/4* Hotel knowledge
- Strategic Planning
- Be digitally connected and understand the target markets
- Able to report on financials and ensure KPI’s are achieved
- Experience of managing a busy food & beverage focused hotel
- Strong rooms revenue knowledge
- Excellent understanding of Food & beverage and delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent financial management abilities
- Ability to attract and maintain a high-quality staff
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry in Ireland
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in hospitality or business administration
- Must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered
