Head Chef opportunity for a Brasserie Restaurant with French flair in Dublin city 

  • Looking for a Head Chef who has experience of managing a busy kitchen environment and delivering excellent quality food dishes
  • Will consider a Sous Chef who is willing to take on 1st Head Chef role who is passionate about food
  • You will have a strong restaurant/brasserie background from restaurants in Dublin and or London
  • Bid Gourmand route with food standard
  • Strong on HACCP
  • Menu creation and bringing new concepts when it comes to food
  • Salary guide €60-70k DOE plus potential share of business.
