Hospitality Recruiter

This may suit a hospitality professional looking to change their career and move into a more structure working environment, Monday to Friday, working 8.30am To 5pm.  The ideal candidate must come from a strong Hospitality Hotel background minimum five years’ with experience in the Hotel sector, ideally have work in a senior management position either in kitchen or front of house management.

 

Broadline Recruiters are a team of experienced industry recruitment specialists who have come together to bring a boutique-style recruitment brand to the market.   This is a permanent role.   The successful candidate who will work on an established desk with excellent opportunity to grow in this role.

 

All training is provided, but a driven candidate with excellent industry knowledge would be an advantage.  The successful candidate will be working with client in high end properties placing various senior positions.

 

 

The Candidate:

  • Minimum five years’ experience in the recruitment sector or a senior candidate in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong people skills are essential.
  • Organised and have a can do attitude is involved when dealing with candidates and clients.
  • Ambitious and looking to progress your career.
  • Driven candidate who wants to build a very rewarding career.
  • Ability to join and the potential to grow the team.
  • Understanding of current market trends in sector.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have an excellent understanding of the current market.

The Role:

  • The role involves dealing with an established list of clients when looking after their desk.
  • Monday to Friday role.
  • Dealing with candidates & clients on a daily basis.
  • Excellent earning potential and career progression.
  • Excellent induction to the latest software in recruitment
