Broadline Group is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Hotel & Catering Recruiter to join our growing hospitality division based in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment, hospitality, or sales experience who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting some of Ireland’s leading hotels, catering companies, and hospitality venues.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a hospitality recruitment desk
• Build strong relationships with hotels, catering companies, and hospitality clients
• Source, screen, and place high-quality hospitality candidates
• Coordinate bookings, interviews, and candidate availability
• Develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
• Maintain accurate records and activity through internal systems
• Deliver excellent service to both clients and candidates

Requirements

• Previous recruitment, hospitality, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
• Organised, proactive, and target driven
• Passion for hospitality and people-focused work
• Full training will be provided
