Hospitality Recruiter

Dublin, Full Time

Our Recruiters work in a very structure working environment, Monday to Friday, working 8.30am To 5pm.We are expanding our successful hospitality team of Recruiters and we are looking for like-minded people to join our team of successful recruiters.   The ideal candidate must come from a strong Hospitality background minimum three years’ with experience in the Hospitality/ Hotel or Restaurant sector,  ideally have work in a senior management position either in kitchen or front of house management.

Broadline Recruiters are a team of experienced industry recruitment specialists who have come together to bring a boutique-style recruitment brand to the market. This is a permanent Recruiters role which strikes the work life balance.  The successful candidate who will work on an established desk with excellent opportunity to grow in the role and become a very successful recruiter.

All training is provided, but a driven candidate with excellent industry knowledge would be an advantage.  The successful candidate will be working with client in high end properties placing various senior positions.  We have created a really good environment and culture to become a strong, high earning, successful recruiter:

 The Candidate:

  • Minimum five years’ experience in the recruitment sector or a senior candidate in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong people skills are essential.
  • Really customer focused.
  • Organised and have a can do attitude is involved when dealing with candidates and clients as a Recruiter role is fast paced.
  • Ambitious and looking to progress your career.
  • Driven candidate who wants to build a very rewarding career.
  • Ability to join and the potential to grow with the team.
  • Understanding of current market trends in Recruitment sector and able to adapt to every changing role.

Recruiters Role:

  • The role involves dealing with an established list of clients when looking after their desk.
  • Busy role Monday to Friday which entails looking after clients and candidates.
  • Excellent earning potential and career progression.
  • Strong commission structure in place with a competitive Salary.

  • The role involves dealing with an established client list.
