Hospitality Recruitment Manager
Due to our growth within the Broadline Group, we are looking for a Hospitality Recruitment Manager to manage and grow our day time clients’ needs throughout the Catering industry. This may suit a hospitality professional looking to change their career and move into a more structure working environment, Monday to Friday, working 8.30am To 5pm. The ideal candidate must come from a strong Hospitality background minimum five years’ with experience in the Hospitality / Catering sector, ideally have work in a senior management position either in kitchen or Catering Manager role.
Broadline Recruiters are a team of experienced industry recruitment specialists who have come together to bring a boutique-style recruitment brand to the market. This is a permanent role. The successful candidate who will work on an established desk with excellent opportunity to grow in this role. All training is provided and assistance will be provided for this driven candidate with excellent industry knowledge would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be working with client in the daytime operations.
The Candidate:
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in the recruitment sector or previous role as Catering Manager.
- Strong people skills are essential.
- Organised and have a can do attitude is involved when dealing with candidates and clients.
- Ambitious and looking to progress your career.
- Driven candidate who wants to build a very rewarding career.

- Understanding of current market trends in sector.
- The ideal candidate for this role will have an excellent understanding of the current market.
The Role:
