Hotel Manager – 5* Hotel Wicklow

My client is looking for a Hotel Manager for a 5* property in Wicklow. This venue is known for its commitment to efficient and excellent service. This is a beautiful hotel looking to develop its team and push standards with an experienced Hotel Manager. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Hotel and will report to a Regional General Manager.

 

The Role Requirements:

 

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the day to day hotel services.
  • Managing a team of Department Heads.
  • Planning and organizing the team to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
  • Managing budgets, forecasts and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure.
  • Driving sales and profit targets.
  • Familiar with Family orientated environments.

 

The Candidate Requirements:

 

  • Senior management experience within the Hotel Industry.
  • Customer focused approach.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent people management & communication skills.

 

Salary Guide: €70-80k
