HR Executive

HR executive will provide support to the people operations of the hotel. They will also support in recruitment and selection, employee engagement and training & development ofemployees.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead / Support recruitment and selection for the hotel.
  • Drive Training and Development for employees of the hotel.
  • Support HR Administrative duties.
  • Be a trusted advisor to the hotel management team.


  • 1 years experience in Human resources from within a hotel/hospitality environment
  • Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
  • Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
  • Attitude to learn as excellent career development opportunities
  • HR Qualified or part qualified but working towards finishing qualification
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland
