HR executive will provide support to the people operations of the hotel. They will also support in recruitment and selection, employee engagement and training & development ofemployees.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead / Support recruitment and selection for the hotel.
- Drive Training and Development for employees of the hotel.
- Support HR Administrative duties.
- Be a trusted advisor to the hotel management team.
- 1 years experience in Human resources from within a hotel/hospitality environment
- Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
- Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
- Attitude to learn as excellent career development opportunities
- HR Qualified or part qualified but working towards finishing qualification
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
