HR Manager

Dublin, Full Time

HR Manager required to oversee the HR function day to day. Will advise, liaise with the team and ensure all legislative and compliance is up to date.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Continually educate employees on company policies and advise any changes to legislation and or employment law
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are professionally engaged and connected.
  • Coordinate the performance review process
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
  • Understand and adhere to all employment/labour laws.
  • Ensure all HR policies are understood, and employees comply with them.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Monitor HR department’s budget.
  • Coordinate employees’ grievances.
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Ensure all paperwork and employee files are kept up to date.

Candidate:

  • Will have a HR Manager background with experience in Ireland
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with systems
  • Approachable with a consultative manner
  • HR Qualified
