Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is a senior operations professional who will lead a business territory by setting challenging, achievable and realistic targets for the units and regularly reviewing and analysing the performance of each unit to achieve optimum business and commercial success.
Key Account Manager Duties:
- Overall management of the financial aspects of the units ensuring that profits, stock levels, stock takes etc. are completed in line with company standard
- The Key Account Manager will access the performance of the units and instigate changes as required
- Liaise with on-site management team and provide support & assistance as needed
- Oversee all expenditure and management of budgets
- Manage all contractual conditions are achieved and liaise with clients in relation to performance
- The Key Account Manager will develop, implement Business Strategy in line with company strategy
- Recruit, train and mentor people into key roles
- Support Unit Managers in people management and employee development
Key Account Manager Requirements;
- Catering/Hospitality qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience of multi-site Management including management of P&L accounts with excellent financials and commercial acumen
- The Key Account Manager will have proven record of managing large teams, good understanding of HACCP & ISO systems
- Strong knowledge of ctaring/hospitality industry trens and best practice
- Full clean driving licence
- Strong and proven leadership skills aong with negotiation skills
