Learning & Development Executive – 4* Property Meath

Key Responsibilities Include:

Conduct training needs analysis throughout the company to ensure comprehensive understanding of L&D needs
Lead and evaluate Learning & Development programmes, orientation, and personnel development
Develop Hotel Orientation / Induction Programme
Support the development of High-Performance Culture through learning, coaching and mentoring
Ensure strategy is informed from best-in-class L&D thinking
Provide a frame work to develop people to enhance their skills, improve performance and job satisfaction
Develop and implement Accredited Training to support the development of Management skills
Develop innovative, cost-effective solutions to meet those needs
Personally deliver Customer Service and Management programmes
Review all training policies and procedures
Track / record all L&D initiatives
Evaluate the L&D activities in line with business objectives
Support performance management and review process for supervisors and employees
Prepare training budget and evaluate instructor costs and performance
Create, refine, and disseminate training manuals and other educational material
Set and gain agreement on annual budget and monitor expenditure
Ensure all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards, Food Safety, Health & Safety, Environmental and regulatory requirements
Establish links/good working relationships with key colleges to ensure flow of quality graduates / management trainees

Qualifications & Experience for the Ideal Candidate:

Salary Guide: €40-45k
