Meeting & Events Executive, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a professional and friendly approach and attitude with excellent attention to detail.
Main Duties:
- Meeting & Events Executive will assist with all queries in relation to meeting and events enquires and bookings
- Meeting & Events Executive will proactively handle sales enquiries and sell the Hotel’s, Conference and Event facilities.
- Meeting & Events Executive will offer our guests/clients the highest level of service and attention, ensuring their event is memorable, exceeding their expectations, where possible, thus building customer and brand loyalty
- Meeting & Events Executive will prepare event documentation for Wedding, Conference and Event bookings.
- Meeting & Events Executive will co-ordinate with Sales, other Hotel departments and customers to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post event phases.
- Meeting & Events Executive will Assist the manager in identifying opportunities to maximise revenue opportunities by up selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events
- Meeting & Events Executive will be reponsible for Client Contracts and Billing
- Meeting & Events Executive should confidently represent the company for conference, event & wedding show arounds with potential customers.
- Meeting & Events Executive to manage and coordinate all meetings and events in the hotel, from enquiry stage through to the event.
- Meeting & Events Executive will have efficient conversion of inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Meeting & Events Executive organisation and attendance at Wedding Fares and other Trade Shows
The successful candidate will have:
- 2 years’ experience working in a similar position
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Target driven
- Be fluent in the English language, both orally and written
