Job Description

My Client is looking for a night porter, who will be the face of the company and will assist with all members requests throughout the night. We’re on the lookout for responsible, trustworthy people to join our team of Night porters

The role:

• Night Porter when on duty you are the face of the company, you will be there to look out for our members, assisting with their requests or requirements throughout the night
• Night Porter will hold the safety, security, and wellbeing of our members as your priority, always ensuring the building is secure at night by conducting security and fire walks
• Night Porter will ensure that all communal spaces and environs are set to a high standard, always presentable and ready for our members and guests.
• Night Porter will assist with administration, update our members app with notifications and alerts as well attending to queries, requests and events that occur throughout the night
• Night Porter will work as part of a team assisting with housekeeping tasks that are easiest done at night
• There is no late bar/restaurant or functions in this location.

Ideal Person

• Night Porter will enjoy interacting and engaging with people
• Night Porter will be sharp and have great attention detail and is an expert at pre-empting or anticipating our Members and Guests needs 
• Night Porter will have  previous night experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment or residential development
• Night Porter will be available to work 4 nights over 7 (10 hour shifts)
• Night porter will have Computer literacy (Microsoft 365 package). Hotel PMS software experience an advantage
• Night porter Fluent spoken and written English in essential

Salary Guide €28k/€30k
