Job Title: Office Coordinating Manager

Our client are seeking a highly organised and assertive Office Coordinator Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the office, manage administrative support, and ensure a structured, efficient working environment. This role is key to maintaining operational standards, improving processes, and ensuring the office runs smoothly at all times.
– Oversee all administrative functions and ensure smooth daily operations
– Manage and support administrative staff, setting clear expectations and structure
– Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and systems
– Act as the central point of coordination across teams
– Manage office supplies, stock levels, and ordering processes
– Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate where required
– Ensure the office is fully stocked and operational at all times
– Track usage and implement cost-control measures
– Ensure the office environment is clean, organised, and well-maintained
– Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, IT support, etc.)
– Manage office layout, space planning, and overall presentation
– Address any facilities issues promptly
– Introduce structure and consistency across administrative processes
– Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Maintain accurate records and documentation systems
– Be assertive and confident in managing staff and enforcing standards
– Provide direction, support, and accountability within the admin team
– Communicate effectively with senior management and wider teams
– Foster a professional and productive office culture
– Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar role
– Strong organisational and multitasking skills
– Assertive personality with the ability to take ownership and lead
– Experience managing admin teams or office support functions
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to implement structure and improve processes
– Experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. recruitment, construction, or professional services)
– Familiarity with facilities management and supplier coordination
– Strong attention to detail and cost awareness
– Proactive and hands-on
