Title: Reception Manager

Location: Carlow

Salary: €35-40k

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To greet guests in a warm and friendly manner outlining the facilities of the Hotel.
  • Check in and out guests efficiently and professionally according to agreed standard operating procedures.
  • To oversee that all departmental floats are signed in and out in the correct manner.
  • To pass over correct and detailed information to the following shift ‘pass-over’.
  • To develop and motivate your team will be a key focus.
  • To ensure all mandatory training and SOPs are maintained.
  • Assist with the recruitment & selection process ensuring that we recruit the best in the business.

 

 Candidate:

  •  2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar 4*/ 5* property.
  • Ability to manage a team and create a cost effective roster.
  • Hotsoft experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to cope well under pressure.
  • Be flexible, adaptable, approachable and to lead by example.
