Receptionist– Waterford 4* Hotel

We are seeking an experienced Front Office member to join this 4* hotel team. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of efficiency and productivity.

Accommodation can be provided for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless guest registration and departure processes.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor and maintain front desk and lobby appearance standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Front Office position
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Hotsoft, Fidelio, Opera Cloud) and MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
