We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our fantastic client based in Dublin City Centre. This is a very exciting opportunity to work in a company that values the career progression and development of their employees. This would be a fantastic stepping stone for any candidate to enter into a customer service or administration style career. The company is also very close to all transport links.

This is a Temporary position with a view to the role becoming permanent after a period of time.


Role Requirements: 

  • Answering and addressing all client and candidate queries
  • Operating and updating the internal system
  • Administrative tasks and duties inclusive of day to day and ad hoc tasks
  • Setting up and maintaining systems and procedures
  • Reception and office stock control as required


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of 1 year in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Work well amongst a team
  • Conscientious of deadlines with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work on their own initiative


Location: Dublin City Centre

Salary: €28k
