Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to head up a fantastic office brand for January 2025. This is a superb brand with fabulous growth. We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead from the front and create a fantastic team with great ambition.  This is a leadership role within our group of recruitment brands. We have fantastic structure working environment, Monday to Friday, working 8.30am to 5pm/ 8am To 4.30pm

As a group of recruitment brands we are delighted to be awarded Best Workplace & Great Place to Work in 2023 & 2024.  We are expanding our successful recruitment team, and we are looking for like-minded people to join our group. The ideal candidate must come from a strong background in agency recruitment with experience in managing people in the recruitment sector or a very accomplished office/admin background, ideally have worked in a senior management position who is looking to step into a bigger role or change there career.

The successful candidate will work on an established team with excellent opportunity to gain experience in this role. Ideally a driven candidate with excellent industry knowledge would be an advantage for this role.  

This role will have great support from our human resources department and the leadership team which is in place and very successful.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Candidate:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in the recruitment sector or a senior candidate in management in office or administrative.
• Strong people skills are essential.
• Organised and have a can-do attitude is involved when dealing with candidates and clients.
• Ambitious and looking to progress your career.
• Driven candidate who wants to build a very rewarding career in management.
• Ability to join and the potential to lead the team.
• Understanding of current market trends in sector.
• The ideal candidate for this role will have an impressive understanding of the current market.
• Ideal Candidate must enjoy leading from the front and growing the recruitment team.

The Role:

• The role involves dealing with an established list of clients.
• Monday to Friday role, office based in our Kilcarbery office.
• Dealing with candidates & clients daily.
• Excellent earning potential and career progression.
