Recruitment Resourcer Full Time

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in our Dublin 22 office. 

This is a fast paced exciting role which is ever changing on a daily basis.  You will be learning from start to finish the recruitment process. This ideal candidate will be joining a superb team throughout our business and there is lot of progression for the right person. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.

The Role:

• Answer incoming calls and facilitate handling of requests for information
• Inputting data into recruitment system manager
• Providing a high level of customer service in person and over the phone.
• Work effectively as a member of a team
• Referencing candidates
• Scanning documents
• Supporting recruitment team with compliance 
• General administration duties
• Working in a fast and busy paced environment
• Ongoing Temporary position
• Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
• €14 per hour

The Candidate:

• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent administration and organisation skills, strong attention to detail
• Excellent Microsoft tools, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
• Ability to multi-task and work to own initiative
• Excellent customer service skills
