Location: Luxury 4-Star Property, Co. Cavan – With Accommodation

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our reservations team. The successful Reservations Agent will manage room reservations, ensuring accuracy and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online systems.

  • Manage booking amendments and cancellations efficiently.

  • Update PMS and CRM systems accurately.

  • Upsell property facilities and packages to maximise revenue.

The ideal Reservations Agent will have previous reservations or front-office experience, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Join our team as Reservations Agent today!
