Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the busy restaurant operations of a prestigious 5* hotel in Dublin City. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of food service and effectively lead a professional F&B team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a busy 5* hotel restaurant

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Commitment to delivering the highest standards of guest service

• Professional, reliable, motivated, and positive “can-do” attitude

• Previous experience in restaurant or assistant management

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate all food service activities

• Lead and support the team throughout service periods

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained

• Adhere to all company shift, opening, and closing procedures
