Restaurant Manager – 4 & 5 Star Hotels and Premium Restaurants Nationwide
Location: Nationwide | Full-Time | Salary: €40,000–€45,000 DOE | Accommodation Provided
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join prestigious 4-star and 5-star hotels and high-standard restaurant settings across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead and elevate the dining experience, ensuring outstanding service and operational excellence.
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all restaurant operations, maintaining high standards in service delivery, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving business growth while ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all daily restaurant operations including front-of-house team supervision and guest service
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with brand standards
Monitor service quality, resolve guest feedback promptly, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
Oversee scheduling, rostering, and staff performance management
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service coordination
Manage budgets, control costs, and support revenue optimisation initiatives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Drive sales through excellent service, upselling, and special event management
Contribute to marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior supervisory role in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or premium restaurant environment
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
Strong organisational and communication skills with a guest-focused approach
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of health & safety and food service standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
