Restaurant Supervisor – 4* Hotel Wexford with Accommodation Provided

My client is looking for a Supervisor for a busy 4* Hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality leading a team and be passionate and knowledgeable about Food and Beverage service. The candidate will need the following requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations.
• Overseeing set up, opening and closing procedures.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization. 
• Develop and coach new and existing staff.
• Be customer and service focused.
• Assist Management in the daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel.
• Liaising with various managers to ensure all standards are met on a daily basis.
• Serving customers.
• Making recommendations.

 Candidate Requirements:

• Have previous experience in a supervisory position. 
• Have the ability to lead a team.
• Very well presented.
• Have the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Highly motivated individual as there is progression within this role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent understanding of all aspects of a hotel.

Salary Guide: €30-33K
