Rooms Division Manager

Rooms Division Manager required for 4* Hotel in Limerick. You will lead the front office and housekeeping departments to ensure a memorable guest experience is delivered and departmental revenue and profit goals are met. Role reports into GM while also liaising with the teams in reservations, spa and maintenance.
- Provide leadership and direction to all Heads of Department within Rooms Division
- Assume responsibility for the guest journey throughout stay
- Assume responsibility for productivity targets and operating standards in Housekeeping
- Ensure staffing is adequate in all areas
- Will ensure that service and product standards in all room areas and public areas are of a consistent high standard
- Manage guest requests, ensure that guests receive a hassle free check in / check out and have a memorable stay
- Inspect guest rooms on a rotating basis to ensure standards are being maintained
- Manage arriving / departing VIP guests
- Oversee in association with other managers revenue targets and ensure that financial targets are achieved
Candidate:
- Will have experience from Front Office/Housekeeping at management level and looking for next step in career
- Will have a 4/5* Hotel background from hotels in Ireland/Europe. (must be eligible to work in Ireland to be considered)
- Excellent communication skills
- Very standard focused and a desire to deliver excellent customer service
- Financially focused
- Strong leadership/management experience to lead and develop team members
