Broadline Recruiters are looking to recruit a sales administrator to join our client based in the Dublin 12 location. This role is within a fast paced environment and will hold opportunities for the right candidate to develop and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer orders via email and telephone
- Processing customer orders using the 2 in house systems
- Monitoring of company website in relation to customer orders and queries
- Data entry
- Following up with customer quotation to increase sales
- General adhoc administration duties
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is essential
- Proficient user of MS Word and Excel
- Experience using an in house system would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills is essential
- Ability to work on your own initiative
Hours:
Monday to Monday
Salary: 30-35K Depending on experience
Candidates will need to be available immediately for interview
