My Client is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Duty Manager for a 4* Hotel in Wicklow. The role will require the effective and efficient management of Hotel business and assisting in coordinating all day to day Front of House activities in the Hotel.

The Role Requirements

• Strong leadership skills. 
• Develop and coach new and existing staff.
• Be customer and service focused.
• Manage the daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel.
• Assist The Management in reaching company Targets.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year in a Duty Management position. 
• A hands-on Manager.

The Candidate Requirements

• A minimum one years in a Duty Manager role within a hotel is essential. 
• Duty Manager must be very well presented.
• Must have the ability to multitask when required.
• Be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a motivated individual and capable to motivate the junior members of the team.
• Manage daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel.

Salary Guide: €38k
