Sous Chef opportunity to join a boutique hotel in Galway where the focus is quality over quantity. Looking for a Sous Chef coming from a “luxury” hotel or Fine Dining background who wants to work with the best produce, have access to kitchen gardens and the opportunity to forage for ingredients. 

  • Work with and support Executive Chef to lead and manage the kitchen
  • Menu design, costing and implementation
  • Focus on ensuring standards are in place with presentation
  • Looking to achieve recognition for quality of food
  • High quality cooking background
  • Accommodation provided (Minimal cost associated). 
  • Own car 
  • Enjoys living and working in a country location
  • Salary €50-60k plus private health insurance and additional benefits
