Sous Chef opportunity to join a boutique hotel in Galway where the focus is quality over quantity. Looking for a Sous Chef coming from a “luxury” hotel or Fine Dining background who wants to work with the best produce, have access to kitchen gardens and the opportunity to forage for ingredients.
- Work with and support Executive Chef to lead and manage the kitchen
- Menu design, costing and implementation
- Focus on ensuring standards are in place with presentation
- Looking to achieve recognition for quality of food
- High quality cooking background
