Sous Chef

Sous Chef opportunity to join a hotel in North Dublin. Looking for a Sous Chef coming from a busy bar/brasserie styled operation and is used to working in a a busy kitchen. Will work to support the Head Chef in the kitchen. 

  • Work with and support Head Chef to lead and manage the kitchen
  • Menu design, costing and implementation
  • Focus on ensuring standards are in place with presentation
  • Looking to achieve recognition for quality of food
  • High volume food background from a bar/brasserie/hotel operation in Ireland
  • Own car 
  • Enjoys working in a busy kitchen
  • Salary €48k
