As Spa Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of this luxurious spa, set in the backdrop of glamour and tranquility. Ensuring that it runs smoothly and provides an exceptional experience for clients. This role involves a mix of management, customer service, and operational tasks, aimed at creating a relaxing and luxurious environment while meeting business objectives.

Staff Accommodation is provided as part of this role.

The Role Requirements:

• Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including therapists, estheticians, and receptionists.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or complaints promptly.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Handle reservations, bookings, and client inquiries.
• Develop and manage the spa’s budget, including tracking expenses and revenue.
• Analyze financial reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement pricing strategies and promotions to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Implement and enforce procedures for safe use of equipment and products.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards.

The Candidates Requirements:

• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and resolving issues.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
• Understanding of spa treatments, wellness practices, and industry trends.
• Previous experience in spa management or a similar role, preferably within the spa or hospitality industry.
• A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Certifications or training in spa management or wellness can be an advantage.

Salary Guide: €45K with Accommodation
