Spa Manager Full Time

Job Summary: The Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of the spa operations, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction in line with the hotel’s luxury 4-star status. The role involves managing the spa team, developing and implementing spa treatments and services, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

   • Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards.
   • Develop and manage spa budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
   • Maintain inventory of spa products and equipment, and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the spa area.

2. Team Leadership:

   • Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and other personnel.
   • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for team members.
   • Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and staff morale.

3. Guest Experience:

   • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
   • Develop and implement spa packages and promotions that enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.

4. Marketing and Sales:

   • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
   • Develop and manage loyalty programs and special events to increase spa revenue.
   • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

5. Compliance and Safety:

   • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
   • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe and clean environment for both staff and guests.

6. Financial Management:

   • Monitor and control spa expenses, including payroll, supplies, and other operational costs.
   • Prepare and analyze financial reports, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.

7. Guest Relations:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
   • Handle guest feedback and reviews, striving to resolve issues and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in spa management or a similar role within a luxury or upscale environment.
• Skills:
