Temporary Office Administrator

Our client based in Dublin 15 is looking for a Temporary Administrator to join their team. This is an ongoing temporary position which is due to start immediately. This position requires candidates to work in a busy office environment providing administration support to other departments.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with previous experience who is looking for an opportunity that will allow you to utilise your skills.


  • Dealing with incoming calls
  • Scanning of internal documentation
  • Providing support for internal departments
  • Inputting of report details onto the system
  • Covering reception duties
  • Various Adhoc duties when required

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year office administration or customer service experience
  • Proficient user of MS word and excel
  • The ability to multitask on a daily basis
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • A high level of communication skills is required
  • Excellent customer service skills

Salary: 10 p/h

Location: Dublin 15
