The Role

As a Wedding Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and converting wedding enquiries, developing relationships with prospective clients, and ensuring each couple’s journey from enquiry to ‘I do’ is seamless and memorable. You will play a key role in maximising revenue and enhancing our reputation as a premier wedding venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to wedding enquiries and conducting personalised show-rounds of the venue.

• Building strong relationships with couples, understanding their vision, and guiding them through the booking process.

• Driving sales and achieving targets by actively promoting the hotel’s wedding packages and upselling additional services.

• Developing and implementing marketing initiatives to attract new business.

• Liaising with the operational teams to ensure smooth execution of booked weddings.

• Attending wedding fairs, networking events, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.

• Maintaining accurate records of bookings, inquiries, and client communications using the hotel’s CRM system.

About You

• Proven experience in wedding or event sales, preferably within a hotel or luxury venue setting.

• A passion for weddings and an understanding of the customer journey from enquiry to event delivery.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
