A Busy production kitchen in the Clondalkin area is currently looking for a full-time Patisserie / Bakery Chef & Supervisor
Applicants must have a minimum 3 to 5 yrs experience in this area. We are looking for candidates with management skills to oversee & lead the team. The role includes KPI (Key Performance Indicator) management; rosta management; training; existing & new product development to meet the business needs. All applicants must have a strong knowledge of HACCP and have a very good command of the English language. You must also have very strong organisational & time management skills.
Applicants should be flexible in their working hours, and should have their own transport.
