Our client based in the Dublin North area is looking for experienced Payroll administrators to john their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and will work well in a team environment.
This position is available immediately for the right candidate.
Duties and responsibilities:
- collect, compile and enter payroll data using appropriate software
- review and verify source documents
- calculate and post payroll deductions
- process payroll by established deadlines
- issue statements of earnings and deductions
- reconcile employee deductions
- investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors
- update payroll records by recording changes
- process new employees, terminations
- prepare and print payroll reports of earnings, hours worked, taxes
- ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines
Requirements for the role:
- 2/4 years experience with a volume of over 300 in headcount
- Thesauraus experience is desirable
- Ipass essential
- Working a fast pace environment
- To be able to work as part of a team
Hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
This is a Full time permanent role
Salary 23-25K DOE
