Reception Manager required to join a 4* Hotel in North Dublin.
Must have previous experience of working in a large busy hotel. Knowledge of revenue is not key for this role, its driving standards, efficiency and customer feedback scores that are very important.
- Very outgoing
- Strong people person as th efirst impression on the desk is key
- Very good customer care skills.
- They will assist the desk on a daily basis
- Deal with group bookings and allocations
- Train the team
- Deal with PM accounts
- Manage cash and foreign exchange
- Work to Branded standard and programmes.
- They will work closely with the Reservations Manager too.
