Reception Manager required for Hotel in Dublin

The Role

*Ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with department and Hotel standards.
*To provide 100% quality service to guests at all times.
*To carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements.

*Deal with day to day front office operations
*Assist with cash / reservations / guest queries and check in / out of guests

*Deal with all guest queries

*Deal with all payments insuring payments are balanced and accurate

*Assisting with the training, induction and supervision of all Team Members
*To coach and mentor all Team Members to hotel standards

*Tracking and monitoring weekly customer feedback and respond to such.
*Reviewing Brand Customer Service feedback targets
*Ensure guest satisfaction and standards within the Team at Reception
*To control all costs and payroll associated with the department
*To motivate the Team Members in achieving the Sales targets for Front Office
*To liaise with the Reservations Manager in maximising sales for Front Office
*To deal with all guest complaints and ensure they are dealt with in a timely fashion

The Candidate

*Will have previous receptionist  and supervisory experience, ideally in a 4/5 star hotel.
*Be a friendly, welcoming person.
*Have previous experience with Fidelio/Opera.
*Be prepared to help out with the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.

*Have excellent attention to detail

*Have a pro- active approach to selling.
