We are looking for a Sous Chef for a beautiful day time operation which has just opened in Dublin.
- Working within a small brigade of professional chefs.
- Looking after the running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Very involved in the service throughout this busy operation.
- Assisting Head Chef with ordering, stock and the overall running of this operation.
- Must come from a very strong foodie background.
- Previous experience working in the five star market or a very high end restaurant.
- Able to work on there own intuitive when required.
- Strong ability to lead and assist junior chefs in this operation.
- Very passionate chef who enjoys working with high end food.
