We are looking for a Sous Chef for a beautiful day time operation which has just opened in Dublin.

The Role:

  • Working within a small brigade of professional chefs.
  • Looking after the running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Very involved in the service throughout this busy operation.
  • Assisting Head Chef with ordering, stock and the overall running of this operation.

The Candidate:

  • Must come from a very strong foodie background.
  • Previous experience working in the five star market or a very high end restaurant.
  • Able to work on there own intuitive when required.
  • Strong ability to lead and assist junior chefs in this operation.
  • Very passionate chef who enjoys working with high end food.
